Something that i love rawhas become crystal clear is that most answers lie within - you know yourself better than anyone else. Learn to trust your own feelings. 
There are many benefits to a raw diet - curing diseases, feeling energetic & rejuvenated.

Lots of people focus on 'how raw they are' - this is crazy. Just aim to eat a little more salad, eat carrots raw not cooked, make a smoothie with your ripe bananas not a cake... Its not a religion nor a competition!
