There are many claims, but raw living food really does make you feel very different - so if you're looking for 'change' - this could be it.
lead by example I have been amazed at how fun, tasty & good for you the whole lifestyle is. Kids eating habits vary, but all will like some kinds of raw food. It's a lot easier to introduce raw food to young children - I have it a lot easier with my 5 year old than our 11 & 13 year olds who are taking longer to get past their fear of all things green.
